Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 1, 2026
Last Updated: August 1, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.mobilewellnessfl.com and your scheduling and purchase of services from Balanced Body Holistics, LLC ("Balanced Body Holistics," "BBH," "we," "us," or "our").
By using this website, scheduling an appointment, purchasing a package or gift certificate, or otherwise engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or schedule services.
1. Concierge and Mobile Services
Balanced Body Holistics is an exclusively concierge and mobile practice. Services are provided at the patient’s home or another location agreed to in advance. BBH does not maintain a walk-in treatment location.
The patient is responsible for providing complete and accurate location information, entry instructions, gate or building access, and any other details reasonably necessary for the practitioner to reach the treatment location safely and on time.
2. Website Information and Clinical Care
The website provides general information about BBH and its services. Website content is for educational and informational purposes and is not a diagnosis, individualized treatment recommendation, or substitute for evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional.
Use of the website does not establish a practitioner-patient relationship. A practitioner-patient relationship is established only after BBH accepts the patient for care and the required intake, consent, and clinical procedures have been completed.
BBH does not provide emergency medical care. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency assistance. Please review our Medical Disclaimer for additional information.
3. Scheduling and Deposit
A $50 deposit is required when an appointment is scheduled. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service.
Because each concierge appointment reserves a dedicated travel and treatment period exclusively for one patient, a valid payment card must be maintained on file. By scheduling an appointment and providing a payment card, the patient authorizes BBH to charge the deposit and any amounts properly due under these Terms, including late-cancellation, no-show, travel, and parking charges, subject to any separate payment authorization provided during scheduling.
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment or retained as an account credit toward that appointment.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
At least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. The $50 deposit will be applied toward that amount, and the remaining balance may be charged to the payment card on file.
For an appointment paid through a package, one complete session will be deducted from the package when a late cancellation or no-show occurs.
If BBH must cancel an appointment, the patient may choose to transfer any deposit or prepaid appointment amount to a rescheduled appointment or receive a refund of that amount.
5. Patient Unavailability and Shortened Appointments
Because BBH travels to the patient, “late arrival” includes circumstances in which the practitioner arrives at the agreed location at the scheduled time but the patient is not present, is not available, or cannot provide timely access to the treatment area.
For a 60-minute appointment, BBH will wait no more than 15 minutes. If the patient becomes available within that period, the treatment may proceed but will still end at the originally scheduled end time. If the patient remains unavailable after 15 minutes, the appointment is forfeited and the full scheduled service price is due.
For a 90- or 120-minute appointment, BBH will wait no more than 30 minutes. If the patient becomes available within that period, the treatment may proceed but will still end at the originally scheduled end time. If the patient remains unavailable after 30 minutes, the appointment is forfeited and the full scheduled service price is due.
Time lost because of delayed building access, missing gate instructions, unavailable parking access, or other circumstances within the patient’s control may reduce the available treatment time without reducing the appointment price.
6. Travel Zones and Mileage Fees
Mileage fees are based on the location of the appointment:
-
Zone 0: No mileage fee
-
Zone 1: $50
-
Zone 2: $75
-
Zone 3: $100
Current zone boundaries are available here. Gas and ordinary toll expenses are included in the applicable mileage fee.
Travel zones and fees are subject to change. The fee disclosed or confirmed when an appointment is scheduled will apply to that appointment. Updated fees may apply to future appointments.
7. Parking, Garage, and Valet Expenses
The patient must inform BBH before the appointment of any expected valet requirement, paid street parking, parking-garage charge, building-access fee, or other location-related expense.
The patient is responsible for reasonable parking, garage, or valet expenses when no reasonable and free alternative is available. BBH is not required to park an unreasonable distance from the treatment location, transport treatment equipment an excessive distance, park illegally, or use an unsafe parking area.
Applicable parking, garage, or valet expenses will be added to the patient’s balance and are due at the time of service.
8. Payment and Refunds
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining appointment balance and any applicable travel or parking charges are due at the time of service.
Fees paid for completed services are nonrefundable. A patient’s dissatisfaction with an outcome does not entitle the patient to a refund for services already rendered. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
Prices, services, and availability may change. Changes will not alter the price of an appointment already confirmed unless the patient requests a change in the service, duration, or treatment location.
9. Treatment Packages
Treatment packages may be offered at a discounted rate. The validity or expiration period applicable to a package will be displayed in the service description or purchase terms. If applicable law requires a longer validity period, applicable law will control.
Packages are nonrefundable except in qualifying emergency circumstances. Qualifying circumstances may include an unexpected relocation, the patient’s death, or a severe illness or hospitalization that prevents the patient from using the remaining sessions.
When an emergency refund is approved, each session already used will be recalculated at the regular, non-package price that was in effect on the package purchase date. The recalculated value of used sessions will be deducted from the amount originally paid, and any remaining eligible balance will be refunded. If the recalculated value equals or exceeds the amount paid, no refund will be due.
Unused package sessions may be transferred to a member of the purchaser’s household. A transferred session must be used for the exact service included in the original package. The recipient must complete all required intake and consent documentation and must be clinically eligible for the service. Packages may not otherwise be sold, divided, exchanged for a different service, or transferred outside the purchaser’s household.
10. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available upon request and are issued in a stated dollar amount. Purchased gift certificates do not expire and are not subject to dormancy or post-sale service fees.
Gift certificates may be applied toward eligible BBH services. If the current price of the selected service exceeds the certificate’s remaining value, the recipient is responsible for paying the difference, including any applicable mileage, parking, garage, or valet charges.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and are nonrefundable except where required by law. They may not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization unless BBH can verify the remaining balance and ownership in its records.
11. Services for Minors
BBH may provide services to patients under 18 when appropriate.
Each minor must have a separate, unique email address associated with the minor’s Unified Practice account. A parent or legal guardian must complete the required paperwork and indicate that it is being completed for a minor.
A parent or legal guardian must be physically present, remain in the treatment area, and observe for the entire duration of the minor’s treatment. If this requirement is not met, the appointment cannot proceed and the applicable cancellation or no-show charge may apply.
12. Safe and Appropriate Treatment Environment
The patient is responsible for providing a reasonably clean, safe, accessible, and professional treatment environment. Pets and other avoidable distractions must be appropriately secured or controlled before equipment is brought into the location.
BBH may refuse, discontinue, or immediately end an appointment if the treatment environment is unsafe or unsanitary; required access is unavailable; the patient or another individual present appears impaired; conduct is threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, sexually suggestive, involves unwanted physical contact, or is otherwise inappropriate; a contraindication is identified; or continuing would be outside the practitioner's professional judgment or scope of practice.
If an appointment cannot proceed because of circumstances within the patient's control, the applicable cancellation or no-show charge may apply.
Balanced Body Holistics maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate conduct. If an appointment is ended because of inappropriate behavior or circumstances within the patient's control, the full scheduled appointment fee remains due. Any unused sessions associated with prepaid packages or promotional offers may be forfeited, and Balanced Body Holistics reserves the right to refuse future services at its sole discretion.
13. No Guarantee of Results
Individual responses to acupuncture, manual lymphatic drainage, clinical bodywork, and other services vary. BBH does not promise or guarantee a particular result, recovery timeline, symptom change, or outcome.
Clinical risks, benefits, alternatives, and patient-specific considerations are addressed through the applicable intake and informed-consent process.
14. Optional Media Authorization
Balanced Body Holistics will not use a patient’s name, image, likeness, voice, testimonial, treatment photographs, video, or results for marketing, advertising, educational, or promotional purposes unless the patient—or a parent or legal guardian for a minor—has completed a separate written media release.
Media consent is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving treatment. The permitted uses, platforms, duration, and any applicable withdrawal rights are governed exclusively by the separately executed media release.
15. Email and Text Communications
By providing contact information, you agree that BBH may use it for consultation, scheduling, appointment, payment, administrative, and care-related communications as permitted by law.
Optional marketing emails or text messages will be sent only as permitted. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in the message and may opt out of nonessential text messages by replying STOP. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary appointment, account, or administrative communications.
16. Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please avoid sending detailed medical histories, medical photographs, financial information, or other sensitive information through unsecured email.
17. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original text, graphics, branding, photographs, downloads, design elements, and other content are owned by or licensed to Balanced Body Holistics, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

19. Third-Party Services and Links
The website and practice may use or link to third-party services, including Wix, Unified Practice, Constant Contact, payment processors, videoconferencing services, social-media platforms, and external resources.
BBH does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy, security, or independent practices of third-party websites and services. Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider’s terms and policies.
20. Website Availability and Disclaimer
We strive to keep the website accurate and available but do not warrant that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or current. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website content or features without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. This website disclaimer does not limit professional duties or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BBH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website or reliance on its general informational content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, professional obligations, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Terms governing clinical care are also addressed through applicable patient agreements and informed-consent documents.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding relating to website use or these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Broward County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, policies, technology, or legal obligations. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter the material terms of a purchase or appointment already confirmed unless required by law or agreed to by the affected parties.
