Balanced Body Holistics provides concierge in-home care throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties, with travel fees based on the location of your appointment.
Travel fees help account for the additional time and distance required to provide mobile care and are added to the cost of your scheduled service.

Minimum Treatment Time for Extended Travel
Appointments in Zones 2 and 3 require a minimum of two hours of booked treatment time at the same location. This may be met through one extended appointment or multiple consecutive appointments scheduled at the same location.
This minimum does not apply to appointments within the Core Service Area or Zone 1.
Travel fees are separate from treatment fees and apply to the appointment location.
Outside the Standard Travel Area
Appointments outside the listed travel zones may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out before scheduling so location and availability can be confirmed.
A Few Things to Know
Travel fees apply per appointment location, not per person. If multiple appointments are scheduled consecutively within the same household, please contact Balanced Body Holistics to discuss scheduling and applicable travel fees.
Travel times can vary throughout South Florida due to traffic, weather, road conditions, and other circumstances. Appointment availability may therefore vary by location.
