Balanced Body Holistics was created from the belief that true wellness begins with balance — between strength and stillness, movement and rest, body and mind. Through an integrative approach blending acupuncture, therapeutic bodywork, and holistic support, each session is designed to restore alignment, regulate the body’s natural rhythms, and foster long-term vitality.

About Melissa

My journey into integrative health began in 2006, when I became a massage therapist. Through nearly two decades of hands-on experience, I’ve developed a deep respect for the body’s structure, function, and remarkable capacity to adapt and heal.

My background in yoga and functional movement further shaped my approach — teaching me the importance of breath, awareness, and strength as foundations for recovery and resilience. These early influences continue to inform the way I view the body: as an interconnected system that thrives on balance.

When I discovered acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, everything clicked into place. TCM provided the framework I had been seeking — one that unites the physical, mental, and energetic aspects of health while empowering the body to regulate and heal itself.

Today, Balanced Body Holistics embodies that philosophy — blending modern anatomy with ancient wisdom, and offering individualized treatments designed to restore balance, optimize recovery, and support long-term well-being.
